HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM MY PHONE PLAN?

We offer an unlimited, unthrottled fast wireless data connection that can entirely replace your slow home or office internet plan. Unlimited phone plans are only limited for phone use and cannot be utilized for office or streaming purposes. We offer a specific, no contract membership plan that allows you to replace your slow satellite or other internet connection and get better speeds for less.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A HOT SPOT?

Reach provides a service that is similar to a hot spot, but boosted by our customized Reach device which is professionally installed on-site by one of our client specialists, allowing for better signal and connectivity. This means you are able to use our internet service for streaming movies, playing games, watching TV, browsing the internet, using Alexa and more. 

ONCE I SUBSCRIBE, DO I OWN THE ACCOUNT AND DEVICE?

You will always be the owner of your membership with Reach, but you do not own the device or account. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CONNECTION SLOWS DOWN OR DOESN'T WORK?

This usually indicates a lack of LTE coverage or reception at your location. Occasionally, it may also mean the cellular tower your Reach device is connecting to is congested or using outdated antennas. Even more rarely, a tower could be undergoing repairs. This is why we provide on-site customer service to assess your location and speed test the device to ensure a solid connection from day one. If you are having slow connectivity or outage issues, please reach out directly to one of our client specialists.

ALL OF THIS SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. IS THIS REAL?

Absolutely we are real! We started Reach after moving to a rural Spokane County location ourselves and discovered a severe lack in reliable, fast internet service options. We wanted to stream Netflix just as much as the next person! We set out to customize our own devices and found a better solution. Now we are sharing it with you! We believe that just because you choose to live in a rural location does not mean you can't have great internet. 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT? IS THERE A CREDIT CHECK?

No! Signing up for a Reach rural internet plan is month-to-month with no credit checks. Each monthly payment pre-pays for your next 30 days of service. You may cancel your membership at any time by simply returning your Reach device. Monthly charges will incur until the device has been received. 

CAN I PAUSE OR PUT MY ACCOUNT ON HOLD?

No, but you may cancel your subscription at any time. To request a cancellation, simply reach out to us and return your Reach device. Your monthly service will continue to be billed until the device is returned.
